What This Is

A shared space to find collaborators, share projects, and make work without waiting on permission or connections. We're not anti-industry, we're building the on-ramp into it, so more people get more opportunity.

What This Is Not

A job board, a casting site, or a pay-to-play platform. And it's not just about finding the "best" people, it's about getting experience, creating, and having fun doing it.

Community Practices

  • Be transparent about roles, time, and compensation
  • Credit people clearly and appropriately
  • Discord is for early coordination, move off-platform when comfortable
  • Respect boundaries and safety
  • Keep it appropriate, this is a respectful space for everyone
